Ruffle Lace Leggings

Ok, so what little girl doesn't look even more darling in some ruffle lace leggings? Perfect under a skirt or dress, or even over a pair of tights or leggings. I personally love them paired with a lace ruffle romper! Cozy had some friends over the other day and I took advantage of 5 little girls in the same room and snapped a quick photo!
